How do I book a ride with Skoot?+

Booking is easy! Use our online booking form above, select your date, departure time, and number of passengers. Choose your ticket type (first 100, regular, student, military, or round trip). You'll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and pickup instructions within minutes.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?+

Yes! You can cancel up to 2 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund. Changes can be made up to 4 hours before departure for a $5 fee. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before departure are subject to a $5 processing fee.

Where exactly do you pick up and drop off?+

We pick up from two convenient locations in Columbia: across from Hotel Trundle downtown and at McDonald's on Parklane Road. Drop-off is directly at Charlotte Douglas International Airport terminals.

How long does the trip take?+

The total journey takes 100-130 minutes including our 10-minute Rock Hill stop, depending on traffic conditions and time of day. Times are estimates only. We strongly recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your boarding time.

What's the difference between pricing tiers?+

First 100 customers get $31 forever - this rate is locked in permanently once you book. After that, regular rate is $35. Students and military personnel get $32 forever with valid ID. Round trip tickets save you $8 compared to two one-way tickets.

What safety standards will Skoot drivers meet?+

Skoot is committed to the highest safety standards. When service launches, all drivers will hold valid driver's licenses, pass background checks, and complete driver training. Commercial insurance will be in force before any passengers board.
